MARKET OUTLOOK: April 2024: The housing market has become a bit complicated, with interest rate projections, cost of building and still not much Inventory. Inventory is not critical, so there still is not a ton of homes on the market like the '07-'12 years. Seller's Market if the home is priced right, CLEAN, and Mostly Updated. If the home meets these standards it is receiving Multiple Offers. Buyers market if buyer can hang in for some smart negotiations, by a professional, experienced Agent. My words for Buyer's is its a good time to buy, as Seller's are more willing to negotiate, pay some of your costs, some will pay for the buy down on your loan rate. REMEMBER YOU DATE THE RATE AND MARRY THE LOAN. Get the house that you want and STOP paying someone else' Mortgage.
